By accessing or using Wildflower Paperie, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Wildflower Paperie provides customizable invitation templates for personal and commercial use. You can browse, purchase, and customize templates through our online editor, then download high-quality digital files for printing.

3. Purchases and Payments

Individual templates are available for one-time purchase. Subscription plans provide access to our full template library. All prices are in USD. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a template has been customized or downloaded. If you experience technical issues, please contact our support team.

4. License and Usage

When you purchase a template, you receive a personal license to use it for your own invitations. You may print as many copies as needed for your event. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense our templates or designs.

5. Subscriptions

Subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual). You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All template designs, graphics, and content on Wildflower Paperie are our intellectual property or used under license. Your purchase grants a usage license, not ownership of the design itself.

8. Limitation of Liability

Wildflower Paperie is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to printing quality issues or third-party service disruptions.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
